UPDATE! So it’s bad enough that their response to the review is generic for P.R written by the same A.I that runs the service calls, they don’t intend to do anything. They say they want opportunity to make it right but their email says they keep their position to deny coverage. THE WORST PART my daughter has her ADDERALL missing from the coffee station next to the fridge. Only person there was the tech. So they are also thieves. SERVICE IS A SCAM! SERVICE IS A SCAM! They scam their way out of coverage if they can’t figure it out. Worst service ever. We called about our fridge and freezer temperature all of a sudden not getting cold enough as we notice our food started thawing. Turns out there are no more live people to talk to it’s all AI ran. There isn’t a customer service any more , the only live people are the techs that come do the repairs,(even they say the A. Technician identified the problem on his first visit. He ordered the parts they arrived on time and he was able to fix my refrigerator. He was very professional!
