James did a very good job, and is very polite.
The Sears Service Tech, Jim, was great. He recognized the problem, ordered the appropriate parts, the parts were delivered directly to our home in 2 days and Jim returned to install the new parts. Jim is hard worker, he knows the equipment and doesn’t waste time when repairing it. He started the day early, did a number of repairs and finished the day late and he communicated with us on arrival time!! Thanks Jim
Was not prepared for problem reported. This apoears to be a systemic problem. All details were provided during scheduling to including detailed text, pictures and appliance model picture. This information was not provided to the repair person.
