KENNY THE SERVICE TECH. WAS VERY POLITE , EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HOW THE FRIG. WAS TO BE MAINTAINED & EFFICIENT!! HE WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHERS THAT HAVE BEEN HERE TO SERVICE THE FRIG.!!! ONLY ONE OTHER TIME THERE WAS A MAN THAT DID THE JOB RIGHT AS WELL (IN 10 YRS OF SERVICE CALLS!!!)
