Demiti was a true professional. Knowledgeable and efficient.
It was not my best experience, but the job is now complete. Tbe technician did a great job in spite of the long time it took to get parts and schedule a return trip. I did have the one day that service was scheduled and no one came. This process began in July 8 and was finally completed today on August 18th.
Very efficient and professional. Explained clearly The issue with my refrigerator and gave great advice concerning getting warranty on other appliances that I have.
