Diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly.
Prompt and pleasant; got the job done. Well… that was what I thought!! Then the problem was in fact not solved and their AI chat bot scheduling has now TWICE arranged for a no show and each time I have to arrange to be home and I have to remove the grills and covers to have access ready. Very very frustrating. Appointment means you show up. Don’t send a bot text at 5!pm saying you won’t be there. I know you won’t be because you’re already not here all day!!
The service man was very professional. He came in. He did his work and cleaned it up and he was very nice. Thank you.
