I needed my washer repaired but when the repairman got here he immediately said it was a motherboard and I needed to get a new washer. He had an apprentice with him who looked anxious to open the washer and examine what was going on but was prevented from doing so because the mentor already stated what the problem was without even taking the washer apart. I felt that he was just trying to sell me a home warranty contract.
