Timothy was pleasant and thorough with his diagnosis of the problem with my furnace, however I still have no heat due to what Timothy wrote in his report. The fact that I am a new homeowner with this property, him telling them that the furnace was dirty and maintenance on the furnace is part of the issue. I’m on my third appointment for the same problem, which got cancelled and rescheduled by Sears 8 days later. I’m hoping they don’t reschedule it again.
Both technicians were awesome. They were very professional and courteous, I would definitely recommend Sears Repair team.
This has nothing to do with the repair company but sears warranty did a very poor job getting me a repair company for my freezer I lost $1000 or more on my food that went bad do to them waiting 2 1/2 weeks to fix my freezer. It was 2 days before thanksgiving it was bad and in this case treats should have been quicker on the appointment. The repair ppl did a great job
