First off, you will never speak to a real person. Everything is AI. SAMANTHA AI to be exact. We scheduled for an appointment on Monday 8-12. No show. My husband called and they said they would be here 1-5, no show again. Tuesday morning I scheduled again for 1-5 because I wouldn’t be home until 1 and my husband was sleeping (working nights) well guess what, they show up at 11:05. Overpriced for one part 600 dollars. Technician made some very off putting remarks that made me feel unsafe.
Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better technician.
