He was friendly and on time. He came prepared to figure out the issue. He was quick and got right to the problem and fixed the entire issue for us. I hope he comes back if we ever need a technician again for our furnace.
Dennis was great. He showed up on time with a friendly and professional demeanor. He explained exactly what the problem likely was and fixed it quickly. I highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair and Dennis for repair quality, timely repairs. Thanks, Kevin
Tech was great but constant daily emails are very irritating and unnecessary. Not sure who they come from.
Jason was very nice and informative - he advised me what to do until my A/C unit completely goes out "which at that time" a new unit would be covered under my home warranty.
My roommate says there is still a problem with the washer switch.
