Can't say I'm happy with this service. Repair man came in, pushed the buttons on the washer like I could do, didn't open up the unit, quoted me $1300 in parts and labor to fix, and charged $130 for the time. My son opened it up later, found 1 bad part for $15 on Amazon, and its working. When I call a repair man, I guess I expect him to actually get down and open the thing up, show me what's wrong for the money, but there was no bending down at all...

Warning!Warning! Do Not Use!! A negative -10! Sears Home Repair (contractor) to American Home Shield is one of the Worst repairs companies ever (Sears@$100.00)I've Emillo ordered wrong color knobs for stove, the part didn't fit. Hesaid we had no choice but to keep them as long as they were working, Sears sent Alex out & he said that No home warranty would replace the knobs but my plan do. AHS(No! Good eitherAHS@$156.00 a mo.) Alex told them that we missed used the knobs! (You're supposed to turn the knobs to use them,right?)... read more
