Tech call me say he was on the way. I was at work and arrived as the tech was leaving. I called him but he didn’t answer, I followed him to the end of the street he stopped but he refused to come back, stated the ticket was closed.
I want to thank the technician who came to fix my stove. He was very professional he was quick .
I was told the diagnostic fee was $129. The technician came, looked at my dryer, saw the gas lever was turned off and still took apart the dryer. He did that in about 5min to just confirm that it was due to the gas lever being off that no heat was coming from the dryer. He charges $160 plus tax for labor but my diagnostic fee was “waived”.
