Outstanding experience. Francisco quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us several options. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We couldn't be more satisfied. In the end we decided to buy a new one and just paid the diagnostic fee.
Argumentative, narrow minded. He’s constantly dismissed a previous HVAC findings that found the two leaks where from two couplings that were not glued. And the fact that the long pvc pipe was unsupported. Any movement over time or thermal changes will cause the unglued couplings to move from the seat and ultimately leak. He failed to recognize thermal expansion nor did he consider small leaks over time cause the same exact damage to the hone. At NO time was it a spray type leak.
