The service man arrived on time and completed the task expeditiously.
Called to confirm arrival time, quickly and competently completed his task, explained the problem with clear simple dialogue.
Technician arrived on time and prepared with parts for repair. He was courteous and educated me about the issues, and left a clean workspace. I did have considerable difficulty navigating the Sears phone system and could not even connect with a person for customer service. Could not ask any questions outside of programmed information. Terrible system. Good technician.
