Don’t walk from them. RUN. Brand new refrigerator broke down, had to have it service asap. Technicians came quick only cause they want your service. Once payment is collected, actual repair is delayed for WEEKS. After multiple phone calls, it was repaired, said it was the issue and our appliance was good as new. 1 month later, the same issue arise, and they refused to refund or at least have someone come out to look at the issue without paying a fee again. Regret buying this plan. Broken stove, 2 incompetent technicians attempted to repair. Charged another $100 and still don't have a stove. Hung up on 4 times trying to get someone to come out.
AHS had me use this business to repair my dishwasher. Still not fixed since March. No updates awful. Still waiting. You can't even talk yo them.
