Beware of Sears Home Services. If you can get a technician to your home with the part, you'll probably be fine. BUT if you need help, per the Sears "AI" phone assistant Sears Home Services is an "AI only company and has NO ONE you can speak too". In my case I had an appointment for a technician to come install the part and no one showed. I spent HOURS on their website and on the phone with the AI going in circles. About an hour into the mess the phone AI tells me my scheduled appointment is next week. This was news to me as ... read more
