1st appointment was a no show 2nd appointment was late and could not do anything do to the dryer was stacked on the washer no one informed us it had to be unstacked. 3rd appointment tech had to make multiple calls to another tech to troubleshoot. I have no confidence problem has been resolved.
The technician that came out was wonderful knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was so professional and got to work making my refrigerator work again after being a month without it. It was not his fault. It was Lowe’s warranty center.
