Dwayne was very personable and knowledgable. He discussed in detail with us our options for repair or replacement of our washer. He was great, would highly recommend him👍👍
Glenn was very knowledgeable! He knew what the problem was and called the company to tell the problem!! I was glad he came! Problem was not solved! He called necessary people to fix problem!!!
Technician Robert B was awesome. Very courteous and polite. On time and did good work. The accident with the broken pipe, was just that, and accident. It was nothing he did that caused it. Was then very prompt in explaining to us the process for getting the problem fixed.
Tech said unable to fix. Going to recommend replacement outer unit
Glenn arrived in a timely manner. Of course, the sound the fridge had been making was not happening when he arrived. He stayed long enough to hear some of the noise, and ended up having to take the back off several times before he found what we both hope to be the issue. He explained to it all to me in layman’s terms.
