Nice, friendly service... keeps the old kenmore washer working... don't like the new models... I've used this service for all my kenmore appliance for years... I'm 80, that's a long time.
This is getting ridiculous. Top-of-the-line Sears brand refrigerator died the first week in December and it was reported to Sears Service the next day. Called Sears and they scheduled a repair for "three weeks out". Repair guy shows up ------ nice guy generally ------ but doesn't have the parts for that refrigerator in his truck, naturally. Parts are ordered and installation is set up through the Sears scheduler for "three weeks out". Installation by another service rep from the service company is fine ----- another nice guy... read more
