Sears Home Services (SRS) is a scam. I called and made an appointment to repair my clothes dryer. The technician came to my house, diagnosed the problem, then ordered the appropriate repair part and charged me $291.09 for parts and labor. Two days later, the part arrived at my front door. It was the wrong part. A different technician then came out, confiscated the incorrect part, ordered the correct part, and told me to call and schedule an installation appointment when the correct part arrived in a couple of days.
