Isadore is very professional. Good technician. Very expensive but I got the insurance for future repairs. Recommend getting insurance if your appliances are out of warranty before this issue.
Isadore, my technician, was great. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my kitchen range. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable He gets an A+ from me. I highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair and will use them in the future if I need any more repairs.
We had an excellent experience with our Sears Appliance Repair technician. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to answer all of our questions and clearly explained what was wrong with our washing machine.
