I need him to come back and realign the washer and dryer units. There is a 1/2-3/4 inch discrepancy where the two come together. This is now causing the lid of the washer to scrape when opening and closing.
So they sent the technician to check on my washer and the estimate came to be over $400+ with $100 more I can get a new washer how is that making sense to pay for a repair costing the same as a new washer? Also the AI is horrible for this type of situation and since there’s no human I can talk to since there’s only AI when o call I’ll just express experience here, and who ever gave 5 stars are probably employees
Armando was very polite, very knowledgeable/ He is from Sears home services. He repaired my air conditioner.
Nothing was repaired. My AC is still broken, I took off work several days and the service kept being cancelled. The AC was never repaired!
Isadore is very professional. Good technician. Very expensive but I got the insurance for future repairs. Recommend getting insurance if your appliances are out of warranty before this issue.
