Andrew was great. He fixed my issue with the washer and also took the time to test it out to make sure the issue was resolved.
Boris was a very experienced and knowledgeable technician. He communicated very well with us too! Boris gets 5 Stars. However, sears home warranty repairs gets 1 star or a zero. Here’s why: We have our appliances covered and have for quite a while. The refrigerator started giving problems weeks ago. Sears came out, parts were ordered, it took several days, the parts ordered didn’t fix the problem. Then a compressor was ordered. That was five more days. Charged us 85$ to do a diagnostic for our house due to AC not working properly. Tech came out and was unable to diagnose and fix AC due to “broken tools”. Tech was able to reschedule for a week later even though it was 80 degrees outside and we have a NEWBORN BABY and explained this to the tech. Not his fault, but was unable to get anyone else out. We made it work until the appointment but then the day of new scheduled appointment they literally canceled it!! We called to get either a refund so we can go through someone else... read more
