Sears tech provided good service. Always showed up on time for 3 visits for repair however the parts never got shipped There was no communication regarding the parts

The tech came out to check my ac because the inside was not cooling outside unit was not turning on. He never can inside my home to check the furnace or anything inside that is connected to ac. So, I not sure what he actually did outside. AC still not working....
Andrew was awesome! The first technician who arrived could not diagnose the issue and ordered the wrong part. Andrew arrived for the second visit and came to the rescue and knew exactly what to do! Outstanding knowledge and expertise! Sears is fortune to have someone like Andrew! Please use him to train others!! Also wonderful customer service!
Boring was friendly and professional. He fixed our fridge, we now have ice again!
