Scheduling was a real problem. Sears is unable to plan their day. I had a 7 hour window that was never hit! The first day, the Technician never showed. The second day, he showed 2 hours late outside the window. Nevertheless, the Tech on Day 2 was a real pro who knew washers and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. If Sears can learn how to schedule maintenance calls, they could be successful.
Efficient, helpful and professional.
