Warning Review: I want to share a bad experience I had with a service company. They charged me $139 for a diagnostic on my washer, which suddenly stopped draining water. They said the diagnostic fee would be waived if I went ahead with the repair, but the total cost they quoted was unreasonable. They wanted $299 for labor plus almost $200 for parts, which is close to the price I originally paid for my washer just a year ago.
