My technician Steve very nice and got my washer back to working.
Hussein K . Kept me informed and efficient this was the 3rd attempt. The first guy did not diagnose correctly just said he’d been doing this 32 years and didn’t even look at the oven. 2nd attempt a training crew came out and ordered correct part.and did diagnose correctly however the part had to be ordered.3rd visit the oven finally fixed. Maybe you should have common parts avail so cyst don’t have to go a month without the appliance. It should NOT take a full month for me to get my oven working.
The technician was ok but did not wear shoe covers even when I asked him to. I just got my carpets cleaned and we don't wear shoes in the house. Also service time kept getting pushed back with the eta going from 3:15 pm to almost 7:00 pm
