The service technicians were great. Knowledgeable able resolved the issue quickly. However the customer service and dispatching of the technicians was a nightmare. There is no way of speaking to a live agent only AI to resolve any issues. On top of that the AI can only resolve scheduling problems. Also the communication of technician arrival is terrible. Had to reschedule part installation 4 times because technician never arrived and I was not notified and able to reschedule for 24-48 hours. It took over a week to get a tech... read more
He was very polite and professional.
My washing machine was inspected for a violent agitation problem during the spin cycle. The damage was too extensive and costly. I decided to replace the washer with a new one. I have had service from this technician before so I trusted his assessment.
It was the worst ever gappend to and the last not unprofessional he came late and was on his cell phone don't know what he was doing
