The technician, Eli, was so nice and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer and fixed it promptly. I was very happy with his service!
Great personality, knew his stuff and very courteous
The service technicians were great. Knowledgeable able resolved the issue quickly. However the customer service and dispatching of the technicians was a nightmare. There is no way of speaking to a live agent only AI to resolve any issues. On top of that the AI can only resolve scheduling problems. Also the communication of technician arrival is terrible. Had to reschedule part installation 4 times because technician never arrived and I was not notified and able to reschedule for 24-48 hours. It took over a week to get a tech... read more
