Our technician was efficient today in fixing our problem with the refrigerator and hope this lasts. We have Sears Protect coverage but were told this visit would not be covered. Our technician attempted to ask the company why but could get No Response. This has happened on previous visits. Our bill was several hundred dollars and most should have been under the plan.
