The tech Brian was good, but the spamming texts, emails and phone calls is the worse. I wouldn't use them again because of the multiple texts and emails per day

Only AI chat bots, literally no humans. "Appointments" are from 8am-5pm so there goes an entire day. Easier to just buy a new washer, but not from Sears.i wish there were negative stars.
