Matt was great. He ordered parts 3 times and 2 times we were sent the wrong parts for our refrigerator/freezer Third time was a charm and we finally got our freezer repaired. I would specifically ask for Matt if we ever have another appliance issue.
The last minute cancelation the day before thanksgiving was a bitter pill, but he was on time today and fixed the issue quickly and neatly.
