Absolutely no customer service what’s so ever. They came out several times and still ordered wrong part both times when they had both model number and part number.

The tech arrived but refused to repair a switch on my dryer because we attempted to replace a different switch that didn't fix the problem. When he departed I called customer service because I had disclosed when scheduling that we had purchased a part and unsuccessfully attempted a repair. The agent apologized and the appointment was rescheduled with assurances that the repair would be made. Another technician has arrived so if you read my first post, you will remember that I was not happy. The third technician seemed to know a lot more about the product and has ordered a different part. I am heading into Week 4 without a range or oven. Hopefully this will be fixed next week when he returns with the correct part.
