Harvey was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very competent. He diagnosed and the issue and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. I'd highly recommend him.
Sears kept me well-informed about when he would be there and Gary showed up right on time! And then he promptly fixed my dishwasher and it is good as new now. Thank you, Sears and Gary!
