Very good servicemen who kept us updated to when they would be here. All were polite, quick and efficient workers and explained what the problems were and what we may need to do to remedy any further issues Us. Several return visits and cost us nothing more. Very happy to have this contract.
The Sears technician currently at our home has been dismissive of the issue we are experiencing. Our dishwasher has an intermittent leak. A towel was placed in front of the unit as a precaution, and it remained dry until the dishwasher was run and began leaking again. Despite this, our concerns are not being taken seriously. We have visually identified water leaking from a line underneath the dishwasher, yet the proposed solution is to order a door seal.
