Carlos was very good and professional. He was on time. He fixed our ice maker quickly. He was pleasant. He is actually the only repair person that has asked if we would like him to wear shoe covers; which I appreciated. He also asked first -if it was ok to use our counter to set some things on-- and he put down a protective pad. 5 STARS FOR CARLOS !
