Tim was great. He had scheduled an appointment between 8 and 10 in the morning; however, I missed him while I was upstairs, so he called, and we rescheduled for later that afternoon, around 2:30 PM. He was prompt. He was professional, took about half an hour or so to diagnose the microwave, and realized it needed an expensive part. He reached out to my warranty company, and they said they would prefer not to repair it but would follow up with me.

You can't talk to a human being on the phone or schedule a follow up after the diagnostic.
Not happy that the appliance has broken down twice in 4 years, Ruben was great and explained everything. Now I need someone to come back and put another new compressor in again.
Ruben was fantastic and deserves 5 stars! But everything else about the Sears process was garbage. AI texts messages didn't go through. I didn't get text alerts about arrival times, and there's no one to talk to unless you can scam the text bot system. Added frustration to an already frustrating time.
