If I could give a no star I would I’m about to file a BBB report the service technician came absolutely rude his name Shaquille not only that he broke my machine could not reassemble the unit left it and no live contact only AI I’ll be pursuing legal action

My air-conditioning unit is still not working. It worked on the one day that the technician showed up and I paid $139. Now the unit is still not working, and I cannot get a hold of the technician nor the company all I get is a chat robot that brings you to the same questions And it’s just a merry-go-round. I cannot get a hold of an actual person to speak to about anything. I will never use their services again and I will tell everybody to include the Internet right now.
