The fridge was not repaired and I don't think he knew how to properly diagnose it. I just want a refund
Technician was very professional and able to quickly diagnose and correct the issue.
I was very impressed with Eric. He arrived earlier than I expected within the window. This is a first! Usually appointments are at the end of the window. He was very professional and determined the problem immediately. He ordered the part, which was expected within a week. The part came within 2 days. And Eric replaced the part for the range. If the occasion arrives that I have a problem, I would prefer Eric. Great experience.
