I’m honestly very frustrated. I made this appointment this morning, and I was told someone would come between 1 PM and 5 PM to repair my stove. It’s now 7:16 PM, and nobody has shown up or even contacted me. Keeping customers waiting for hours without any update is very unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. If you’re having a shortage of technicians, you should either hire more help or be upfront about the availability
