Provided all required appliance specs and booked a window of 1pm-5pm, three days in advance. On the day of scheduled service, I was sent a text link to track the technician that led to an "Error 404: page not found" site on "Rebrandly." Original email confirmation link did work, with technician estimated to arrive at 4:53pm in 1p-5p window! As time went by, the est arrival time moved to 6:30, 7:15, and eventually 9:08p. Technician was friendly, timely and efficient in completing the repair.
Although the service people were very nice, they DIDNOT fix the washer, it still is not working, the error code is pictured below is the same one that came up before it was fixed.
You had a scheduled appointment to repair my heater, you told me you were coming and never showed. On top of that you sent me an email asking how i liked your service and also sent me a bill. So no, I would not recommend your service. Also, when trying to reach you I was never able to speak to a live person. If you had a negative star rating I would give you that
