I was not pleased with the service that Mr. Marvin provided on June 17th. I will gave him a rating of 1. After he diagnosed the problem for my MTD riding lawn mower I was still charged $209., instead of the $139 fee that I agreed to pay for such service. Several attempts were made on June 17th to speak to a Sears Rep. and not AI. I still do not have a receipt and statement for this over price service. I will never use Sears service for my lawn mower or appliances in the future. Tim K.
