The representative that service my washing machine left me two dents on it, one on the left side and one on the right side. I need Sears To credit my account back for the service fee, which was $129.00 . Also, it took Sears 3 months to Finally come out to my house to service it. I had took off numerous days prior to getting it serviced and missed work approximately five times waiting for you guys to come to my home. Please Credit my account back the service fee..
Yes the Technician was great and he provided valuable information and feedback for my next purchase which I will be buying from Sears, especially since he came all the way from Richmond VA. Had I a little extra money I definitely would’ve tip him
