Tech was pleasant and very skilled. Anthony was considerate and made an excellent effort not to damage my floors. He’s very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. Anthony is definitely an asset to the company
DO NOT USE SEARS SERVICE. It’s all AI. Service did not fix our washing machine issue. Service tech was nice, however he left the cold water valve loose and it leaked overnight and into the next day before we realized it. Getting good communication back with Sears is a nightmare. No idea if it will ever be resolved.
I called to make an appointment to get my washer fixed they asked me my personal information I gave it to them they said I'm sorry that's the wrong number that was my phone number then they said I'm sorry we do not have you on file they never gave me a chance to talk to anyone and tell them what I needed it was very impersonal very unprofessional and I would never call them for any kind of service
Very professional. Fast accurate service. EXCELLENT
Fixed problem. We could not have asked for more.
