after three months and nine visits from the repairman they finally said that my washing machine was not fixable and they gave me a new one so now I am happy as I can wash our clothes.
If I could give Sears a -5 star rating I would! I have been waiting for repairs to my stove for over a month, they sent a refurbished part and it wasn't fixed right so no I have to wait another month to get it fixed. I can't get a new part for 3 weeks and then have to reschedule for a technician to come out. They have 1 technician servicing over 100 mile area. Absolutely horrible service. I paid over $1500 in warranties for all my appliances. They are absolutely ridiculous! I can't get any help. I want my money back!!!!
Refrigerator out since Aug. Three visits from repairmen later and still not fixed. Very dissatisfied with service received to date.
Do NOT buy a warranty on any appliance! It takes months, literally MONTHS to get anything repaired. The absolute worst customer service (other than cable) I have EVER had in my life. I was without a working refrigerator for 3 months. Yes, you've read that correctly!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY and they wonder why they are going bankrupt?!?!?!
Repair service was for my riding lawnmower. The service tech was extremely helpful, prompt and explained the problem to me and how to prevent it for future info. Sears has maintained my mowers for years now and I have not once been dissatisfied.
I was very pleased with the repairman who came but very dissatisfied that my original appointment was cancelled on the day it had been scheduled and reset for over a week later.
