Stephen came in and did a great job finishing the repair of my washer and did a preventative cleaning of my dryer. Very clean and professional.
Stephan was thorough and friendly! He had my repair done very quickly! He was Very respectful !
His initial disappointment when he realized what piece of equipment he was going to be servicing was poor. Also was 1.5 hr later than the appointment window. He struggled with with getting the equipment apart. I’m not sure if he did more damage while trying to fix it. And the initial diagnosis of part needed did not fix it, it then was something else.
