We have needed service through them before. It’s almost always easy, quick, and efficient.
We didn't have an issue with our technician, Frank. He was pleasant and did his job, no conplaints with hims personally. The cost was outrageous, though. Over $300 for labor on a diagnosis that was less than 20 min and a repair that was less than 20 min. Won't use Sears again.
