I'm not one to write reviews, but what an abysmal service this turned out to be. I felt compelled to share the experience. We needed a warranty repair done to our refrigerator, this is the only company our Lowes Protection Plan would schedule the repair through. We scheduled 3 different appointments across the span of 2 weeks and they cancelled every time with no warning. IF you want to speak to someone about it, you can't.
