Daniel seemed to have no issues installing new ice maker. Not sure if he did the caulking that was recommended. He cleaned up after himself very well. I wish he had taken the bad ice maker when he left, he told me to put in trash.
Boris was exceptional. He was professional, pleasant and extremely helpful. He was able to repair our refrigerator and explained everything as he worked on the repair. He went above and beyond and gave us some advice and helpful tips about our appliances.
