He was polite and professional
Tech no showed after telling me he was 50 minutes away. Also was told he didnt have the part needed to fix my washer, after the model,make, error and part needed was put on the ticket. Not a happy camper!
Technician was professional and personable as usual. Very satisfied
Matt was a great service representative and answered all my questions.
Horrible. No idea of what is in the work orders, terrible delays, parts are never in stock and certain ones have attitudes that are less than ideal.
