Arrived on time diagnosed problem and was courteous. Set a time to come back and ordered all possible parts to fix my freezer so far excellent service!
I would give NO stars. I received a message that my technician has arrived and then a new text asking to rate me technician. A technician did not show up to my appointment! This is the second time there’s a NO SHOW. Horrible service
He had a great attitude and was professional.
