Supper nice guy and dryer was heating when he left. However he left the water line off the dryer and when I turned on my washer water went everywhere. It has a spliter line. However there was a younger tech here on Monday (who came in a rental car and had no parts to fix it - even though I had already told them the dryer did not heat) he might had disconnected the line so the guy today might not had known it required a waterline.
Excellent Service! Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased with repair service on my dryer.
