Sears appliance repair is difficult to work with. I waited all Friday for the final repair and the repairman who was scheduled to come between 10 and 12 did not show and therefore had to wait till Saturday Good quality of repairman when they came promptly on Tuesday and Saturday Did not receive a receipt that detailed the work that was done and the receipt was insufficient to apply against insurance. Unable to contact Sears appliance repair due to poor communication with the computer system and artificial intelligence
Dishwasher is not put back together correctly. Obviously askew. One side panel is not attached towards the bottom. Dishwasher is leaking from the door now. It is tilted to the right. Also tech confirmed to be at my house at 8:45 and arrived after 2 pm. No text or call, no update. Did not run the dishwasher after putting it back together. It is not secured in the cabinet.
