Very nice and polite. Called when on his way which was awesome. Installed my ice maker quickly and checked it throughly making sure to leave me some ice ti use until I can use the ice maker creates.
The repair didn't take long. The part took 1day to be delivered. Came at the time it was scheduled very nice technician. Called to let you know he is on the way. There was a 2 day delay but that understanding. Happy that my appliance is fixed thanks Sears.
Billy was here on time. Found and fixed the issue in a timely matter
