Technician was courteous, professional, and finished the job in a timely manner
Although our repair man was not able to fix the problem today he was very friendly and considerate. He is put in the request for the parts that are required and we are hopeful to hear back soon that there will be a resolution.
Unprofessional. After the technician left, error returned.
Victor was great. He arrived on time, explained the problem to me, and cleaned up after the repair. Parts had to be ordered to complete the rest and he stayed on top of the order status. Great example of excellent service!
Received the wrong estimate, had a Samsung top loading washer looked at for repair, the estimate was twice the value of the machine, and on the invoice it shows an estimate for an LG front loading washer. Service tech was more interested in leaving then looking over the issue. Very disappointing.
