Sears Home Services technician Victor was professional and knowledgeable with the repair of our microwave and oven. He diagnosed the problem right away with the microwave and repaired it on the same day. The oven he ordered parts that were shipped within a couple days and he just replaced them and our oven is working. I would highly recommend Victor for all your appliances.
Both technicians were excellent doing a job that they have to do.
