Our Technician, Victor, was wonderful -very knowledgeable and friendly. The AI system for everything else to completely awful! You cannot speak to a live person and AI is incapable of fixing errors it creates. Beware!!
Victor was great but sears home appliance was a nightmare. I sat around 2 separate days waiting and they ended up canceling. No one to talk to, just an automated system that kept screwing up. Never going to buy another he appliance or anything to do with Sears!!!!
