Technican that installed my parts was Great. The Sears Service is horrible. 4 reschedule of my appointment in 2 weeks. And one last week Technican never showed up, text said he was on his way and not a call to reschedule. I dialed 7 different numbers to find out you didn't have Technican that day. The jumping from number to number and never get a human voice is not acceptable. You didn't have a problem charging me upfront and wanting to get paid immediately for this service. Not a great experience, tech did not even enter my home today. It was decided the unit had wiring issue even though it was tech last week who smoked the wiring and disconnected unit to avoid fire. I do not have heating
