The technician was professional and very knowledgeable and worked very hard to correct the problem . He answered all my questions , was polite and did a great job .
Not a real person. You will only be able to talk to an AI robot. I suspect most of these reviews are fake as everything they do involves AI posing as people. They say it's $129 to look at the dishwasher, and unless I get a repair, then the fee is waived. A real person did come to my house, and pushed me to get a new part ordered and repair the dishwasher. I was hesitant because the dishwasher is older, but he told me a new dishwasher would be $1000+. So I paid the $490 fee for the repair. After he left, I did some research a... read more
Mr. Cole was professional, confident and capable. He took care not to damage the frozen panel on our refrig when he had to remove it, made sure the issue was fully resolved. He was adept with payment and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him.
