The automated system keeps canceling my service requests and there are NO LIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS to talk with to fix the issue. Have a question off script? Too bad. I finally come across an email for help that seems to lead to a person and they fully ignore my request for help and proceeds to cancel the service request AGAIN. It would have been faster and less of a headache to go elsewhere.
The technician was friendly and informative and very knowledgeable and helpful.
My tech was on time, explained what was happening and my options. Very personable and knowledgeable.
