Charles arrived on time, quickly installed the emplacement part, verified his work and was out the door. Great service!
The repairman Charles was fantastic and the 5 stars are strictly for him. Rating the experience dealing with everything else would be negative (-10). After daily text and emails asking me to confirm upcoming appointments they wait until 11 am day of to cancel for unforeseen reasons and have you reschedule for 1-2 weeks out. They sent the part and I have had it since 2/28. They just did repair on 3/19 after 2 or 3 reschedules (I lost count). The man was awesome he was clean put back all the parts properly and I’d recommend him to anybody. I give him a 10 star out of five star.
