Excellent service and thank you so much for everything
Did not fix my washer for thec2nd time. Same exact thing is happening. Not to mention my appointment was csnceledv3 previous times. Took almostc3 month yo get him here.
Poor customer service. Technician did not listen to the customer, pretty much told me what happened to the freezer without thoroughly investigating the freezer assuming the over freezing frost is human error which he is wrong. This freezer began frosting over hours after plugging it in and NO no-one left door open. It is a self-closing door. That's why we called because it was frosting over from the start. I am forced to use this company due to warranty. Would never use if I had a choice.
The service technician was very knowledgeable and pointed out the need for interior dryer maintenance & cleaning to avoid lint fire while disassembly & making repairs. Upon successful test & completion the technician also made sure the area was as clean as found.
