Ice maker replaced under warranty. On time, kept me informed of arrival time. Quick work.
Brian was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was unable to get repair done and had to report parts not available or over allotted expenditures.
Extremely rude and pushy service provider. Charged a service fee to diagnose and when we went to ok work 30 min later had to put in a second service call which I would have been charged for except I complained about having to pay again just to ok the work. When you call you can only talk to ai, no real people (ai even said this). All ai can do is schedule an initial service appointment, not schedule repairs or answer questions. Ended up just ordering a new fridge because the experience was so frustrating.
