I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received from this technician and Sears Home Services. Our refrigerator stopped working and we opened the service request on July 28. During the first visit, the technician was in our house for less than five minutes. He spoke extremely fast, seemed like he did not want to be there, and didn’t even open the refrigerator properly to inspect it. He gave us a completely wrong diagnosis and ordered the wrong parts.
