Billy was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and he was just very polite and nice. I would recommend him for anybody.
They lie on the phone about pricing. The maintenance guy that showed up literally told me after I declined the absurd pricing, that "as you can see they design it to pray on old ladies that are made of money." Wish I recorded it. Disgusting business practices and pricing. Glad sears store went out of buisness.
My technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the repairs needed.
