He was very courteous and professional. Called to let me know when he was on his way and to confirm the appliance needing service and what the issue was. This was a MUCH better experience than the last time I had a service appointment with Sears Home Service.

Poor attention to customer, relaying information regarding the condition of the broken appliance, and not informing the CHW problems to be fix or offering suggests on taking care of problem. He could not take directions to clients residence, understand language differential to understand the client, and to conclude was making suggestions where to buy a new AC instead of Sears.
