The tech was very beneficial and did an excellent evaluation
Poor attention to customer, relaying information regarding the condition of the broken appliance, and not informing the CHW problems to be fix or offering suggests on taking care of problem. He could not take directions to clients residence, understand language differential to understand the client, and to conclude was making suggestions where to buy a new AC instead of Sears.
Repair tech showed up 2 1/2 hours earlier than expected. Provided an analysis of the window unit. Determined that it had a burned out control board. Checked with Frigidaire and determined this part is no longer available. He reported that information to Frigidaire. Thanks Ricky.
Our repair tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He stayed in contact to let me know when he would be arriving and he had us fixed up in no time at all.
