Repair tech showed up 2 1/2 hours earlier than expected. Provided an analysis of the window unit. Determined that it had a burned out control board. Checked with Frigidaire and determined this part is no longer available. He reported that information to Frigidaire. Thanks Ricky.
Our repair tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He stayed in contact to let me know when he would be arriving and he had us fixed up in no time at all.
Mark, our tech is very knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue in minutes, and was able to reprogram the control unit. He then verified all functions, and tested twice.
He did alright work. Found rigged setup fixed that. Found rigged parts fixed that after 450.00 part. Left base off which causes dishwasher to tilt out when u open door.
