Techs were amazing, very knowledgeable!
I had an appointment with them scheduled for today.. May 7th between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. I hit confirm for all the appointment reminders. I took the day off work and waited the entire day. The appointment reminder said that someone would call me in the morning with an ETA. I never got a call. I tried calling them 10 different times but there is NO WAY to talk to a live person. Scott is a lifesaver! He arrived as communicated, was very courteous and helpful. He walked me through the steps and explained options and pricing. I highly recommend him to anyone!
