Zero stars if it was an option. Prepare yourself for AI slop when trying to book & confirm an appointment. Every human touchpoint has been replaced with an AI system that can't fix it's own mistakes, even if you repeatedly attempt to correct it. The error gets passed down the line until it lands back on the customer. Gave AI the correct address 2x yesterday, 1x this morning, even added the correct address in all caps in the service appointment notes section. This is the second service we had from Sears in the last two months. Booking experience is great. In both cases they quoted a repair worth 80% of the value of a new appliance. By the time you add the service fee of 130, you are better off replacing the unit without wasting time. Seems their business model Is sending technicians home to home and not doing the repairs instead of actually fixing the issue. If you want to repair the unit look for a smaller shop - self performing technician, not a large company.
