Great job, not as easy as I expected.
It took 3 service visits to fix our stove problem. On the 1st visit the service tech did not have the required parts with him even though we sat waiting almost the entire day waiting & had provided the requested #s to be sure he had the correct parts. He ordered the part he thought was needed & we had to wait a couple of more days for the next appt & this time waited a half day for the tech to come. Replaced drain pump in dishwasher, very fast and courteous. Warranty repair.
In addition to being courteous and respectful, Michael P. was extraordinarily considerate, by closing the laundry room door as soon as he thought the repair might make noise, thus making it possible for my wife to keep sleeping before the start of her 11:00 p. m. to 7:00 a. m, work day. When he first closed that door, he'd been unaware that anyone other himself and I were in the house.
