Tom is GREAT!! After months of issues with this washer he came and diagnosed it in literally 5 minutes. Parts came in fast and he fixed it today. No more slamming washing machine!!! Running my first load now. No more laundromat thank you so much!!!!!!
Excellent the technician was great from the time he entered put on his cover boots and was patient as we walked through the issue.
The Technician was polite and very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to complete the repair on my range. He did a great job.
