Sears Home Repair should just shut down if these are the type of technicians they employ. Tech Manual has been to my home four times on an AC repair which is still not resolved. He’s constantly talking about how much work is involved, but not doing anything, lying about times visits on his closeout reports, personally rescheduling the job here , so he doesn’t have time to do it or equipment.
