Water leaking from refrigerator. Tech Abdul resolved issue quickly. Awesome service. This technician is an asset to your company. I will request him again for all of my repairs if possible . GREAT JOB!!
Francisco was great. The five stars is for Francisco only. The rest of the process was 1 star. You can’t talk to a human if you have a question or problem. It’s AI agents only. I won’t contact them again for this reason.
Excellent service and Abdelkarim is an experienced technician. Very profesional. Thank you!
