On June 17, we had a tech came to repair our washer. He needed to order parts and stated he would return on Wednesday, we waited all day Wednesday no show. We called they said Thursday between 8-5, no show again. Now they are saying tomorrow between 8-5. I am very upset, we went on vacation and came home to a washer not working, therefore we still can’t wash. Terrible service!
James did a great job with diagnosing our washer’s issues and tweaking a couple of things to make it work better.
