Eli did not even check to see if the washer machine completed a full cycle. He came in, replace the parts put everything back together made sure it turned on and said he was done. I even asked if he made sure it completed a cycle and he said "it should, hes worked on plenty of washers with the same issue" and now because of his non work I have to wait an additional 3 days for someone else to come out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL would never recommend!
Repair of refrigerator scheduled through Lowes Warranty. Company A & E Factory Services also known a Sears Home service. Appointment was scheduled with a window of 8am to 5pm. Numerous text confirming the appointment. 4 pm, still no show, called AI said technician assigned and on way. when they were not there at 5, AI said appointment now 4:45pm -7pm. No Show!
