Once he got here (3 hours late and no update on status), he was great. Very knowledgeable and gave us some great suggestions. It's just why couldn't I get an update on when he would arrive?
Awesome technician. On time, polite, neat and tidy. Explained what he was doing, made suggestions, informed me of my warranty. All around great experience. Will definitely call again if we need service.
Kyle has worked n my equipment in the past and has done a great job. He worked on my lawn tractor today in the blazing heat and never stopped. I would highly recommend him to everybody !!!!!!
