Mitchell was very knowledgeable and helpful in trying to fix our refrigerator/freezer. He explained what was wrong and told us the parts needed to fix it. We had to pay the $130 service fee but to go through Sears to have it fixed was pretty pricey ($800 was the quote) so we ended up opting to purchase a whole new fridge/freezer.
Gregg was friendly, polite, and efficient. Very happy with him.
This has been the worst experience of my life. Multiple canceled appointments, a no show, multiple days taken off work waiting for someone to show up, all AI, can’t talk to a person, $1,000 and 2 months later- our appliance still doesn’t work.
Cancelled twice by email. No phone calls or response just wasted time. Horrible to deal with
