Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this service The technician came to my home yesterday to diagnose an upstairs AC problem. The thermostat clearly shows that the AC is not properly cooling and is not reaching the set temperature. The system continuously shows that it will take hours to reach the target temperature, which is the exact problem I reported. You cannot speak to a person like ever. They’ve come to my house four times and still have not fixed my oven. Weirdly I was charged 481 dollars as if it had been repaired. This place is a complete scam. You cannot even go to a physical place to discuss. Do not use.
