Vincent was super. He stuck to the task. Got everything done in good shape. Is a great personality and we enjoyed having him in our home.
Brian came later than planned but he made up for this in troubleshooting and repairing very quickly because I had a firm stop at 1:30 pm.
These people have terrible customer service, and those are the folks they put in the firing line to field answers as to why they canceled your appointment “for unforeseen circumstances.” They never gave an explanation for our cancellation, and followed up with a nice offer of rescheduling in 2 weeks at the earliest.
