Very polite and on time. Problem resolved.
Bryan made sure that the dishwasher would work correctly before trying to install the part. It turned out that the part was not complete and more parts were needed. Bryan worked with my warranty company to get them to replace the dishwasher. I am extremely happy with Bryan. He went above and beyond his duty.
Clearly the technician had very little experience working on GE refrigerators. He said he believed it was a corroded connector and he couldn’t find an appropriate repair part on line so he charged me $129 as a diagnostic fee and left. He did say that although he couldn’t fix it perhaps another repairman might be able to. Really……absolutely ridiculous.
