Tony did a excellent job for us.
I called to have my washer fixed that was giving me an error code regarding the control unit. Scheduled an appointment, technician came over and said it was the door latch, had us pay for a door latch part when we said the error code was for the control until, charged $500 something dollars, comes back the next week, puts in the new door latch, and then proceeds to say it needs a new control panel, doesn’t show for the 3rd visit, can’t schedule another visit. Hunter did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem with my AC. Will certainly request him again for a clean and check of my furnace in the fall.
