Sears/Sears Home Service/Kenmore I have documentation to support statements of fact. I called to have my refrigerator serviced as it was not cooling at all. After dealing with the AI system for far too long, I finally got a person who talked me in to their home warranty and stated the compressor was under warranty per the serial number of the fridge. I scheduled an appt for the next day (Valentines day). The tech arrived and stated the compressor was under warranty but labor was not and another needed to be replaced as well.... read more

I am absolutely disappointed with the service I received from Sears Home Service technicians. They made three visits and neither technician was prepared and there was no communication between them because I had to explain what the previous technician did to the unit. I will never use them again. They get 0 ratings
Dino was very courteous and helpful! Even though he couldn't fix our Electrolux unless spent fortune!
