Our repair tech was early, referred to detailed Samsung documents and diagnosed my repair. I declined service and will replace washer at a lower cost. Paid for diagnosis.
The guys were great and honest with the fact that there was not a leak in the coolant in my AC unit. Great personalities.
Repaired my central air unit. Technician was very professional & explained what was getting repaired & cost involved. The technician was awesome The issue I have is not with the technician. It’s the scheduling an appointment, all automated & no one to talk to for issues the bot can’t handle.
Repair request was for ice maker not working. There was an issue with a line that was resolved but the ice maker itself was not tested and still does not make ice. It was not diagnosed correctly. I will be calling in the morning to request another visit but I will not be paying for another visit of $119 when the original issue was not resolved..
