Was very easy to make appointment and service was wonderful.

My appliance warranty company contracts with this company for service. Had an appt, took a week to get it, appt time gives 90s cable install guy 8-5 was my appt time , and then when the day came, the repair person never showed. I went on the confirmation at 515pm and it said this appt had to be canceled. Reschedule here (link). So I click the link and another 8-5 window for the 2 available days.
