John, was very polite and able to explain what was possibly wrong and did an excellent job.
This was second appt scheduled between 8-3pm, just to replace lid clip for my washer which I had to wait for part thus my second appointment. The repair man didn't call til after 4 and he arrived at around 5:45 and he was professional and replaced rather quickly. But I feel like he should have at least called if he wasn't going to be here by 3pm.
