The tech got here pretty quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable! Unfortunately we found out we need a new washer but we got the information we needed to move forward. Great customer service! I really appreciate dealing with professional people!
First part didn’t fix the problem. The Technicians ordered a second part but closed the call instead of rescheduling for a follow-up for today as promised.
Unfortunately, I will have to call again tomorrow. My machine is not going into gears, start button takes multiple times to start and there still is no lock. I have the parts that were taken off still. Would like to make another appointment and would request Nikito. Thank you.
