First appointment was canceled later than time slot given. Lost a day. Second appointment was also later than window. Third appointment was also later, but Tech called my cell to keep me updated. We could never talk to a live person about scheduling or any follow up! I did speak to a woman who gave me a number to call... but it put me back in Voice mail heck.
